A: 24/7. Give time to assign the cleaners and it will be okay.
Q: How many people will be cleaning my home?
A: It depends how big the house is.
Q: Do you accept same day or last minute booking?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Do you provide cleaning for AirBnb and short/long tour rentals?
A: Yes we do that.
Q: How much notice is required prior to booking?
Do you book up fast?
A: Two or three hours before. We need one hour to book and to see the place.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: Through internet transfer/via email.
Q: What cleaning products do you use?
A: It depends. It's either the customer want to use his own cleaning products or we provide.
Q: Who works with your cleaning?
A: Our cleaners work as a team.
Q: Are you willing to take night shifts?
A: Yes we do night cleaning too.
Q: What is your approach in cleaning when the customers are around?
A: We start by politely letting people know we want to clean a particular area. We put collapsible safety signs. Yellow 'Do not enter' seal signs will be placed in areas that are not safe to pass by.
Q: How do you maintain the cleaning tools and equipment you use?
A: As cleaners, we make sure we maintain the equipment and tools we use to ensure they are both clean and effective. W e clean brooms, brushes and mops regularly.
Q: How do you manage your work when you have multiple tasks to complete?
A: We create a schedule of tasks we have to complete for the day.
